As a NAMI-trained Group Facilitator, I guide each session with compassion, structure, and respect. We focus on open conversations, emotional support, and practical steps that help participants feel understood and encouraged. Sharing Hope creates space for healing through connection, learning, and honest stories. The goal is to break silence, reduce stigma, and remind every person that they are not alone and that hope is still possible.
